Make a swishy tassel garland in a few minutes. Each kit contains ten tissue paper tassel sheets, ties and string: unfold a sheet, roll the middle, twist it into a loop and thread it on. Finished tassels are about 14 in (35 cm) long and look great above a cake table, along a mantel, tied to balloon strings or across a doorway. Pick one color or combine kits for stripes of color. The step-by-step picture guide is in the listing photos.
