These terms apply to every promo code and promotion at Tidepail, together with any conditions shown with the offer itself.
Using a promo code
You can enter a promo code in your cart or at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
Each code has its own rules, shown with the offer: what it applies to (the whole store, certain categories or certain products), a start and end date, the total number of times it can be used, and how many times each customer can use it. We check the per-customer limit against the email address you use at checkout.
Start and end times are in US Eastern Time.
Some codes don't apply to kits. When they don't, kits in your cart aren't discounted.
A fixed-amount code is in the currency of the country it's for. If you change Ship to to a country where your code doesn't apply, it's removed from your cart.
Promo codes and the minimum order
The minimum order is counted after discounts. If a code would take your merchandise subtotal below $100, checkout won't accept it and tells you how much more you need to add.
Refunds and cancellations
If we refund part of an order, you get back what you actually paid for those items: an order-level discount is shared across the items in proportion to their prices.
If your whole order is cancelled, or an unpaid order expires, the code's use is released and you can use it again while the offer lasts. A partial refund doesn't release it.
If a payment is declined and you try again within the 30 minutes we hold your order, the code stays applied to that order.
Other conditions
Promo codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged, sold or transferred.
We may change or end a promotion at any time. This won't affect orders you've already placed.
We don't show made-up "original" prices or fake countdown timers. A crossed-out price is a real price we've charged before.
